tenants - be careful on the black top walkway running alongside 5954 and the area immediately to the left of the walkway on harpers farm road. this is the path you would take to head down to the harpers choice village center and safeway. it's been covered in snow and ice for much of the season and even though columbia law requires they shovel or clear the ice - harpers forest apts is exempt from following the law, therefore you and i must buy ice skates to get off the complex. if like me you have to carry bags of groceries back - you already know that trying to balance yourself on this almost daily sheet of ice is impossible without practically breaking your neck. but be careful because if you complain the maryland states attorney says they can evict you for filing a complaint and they will! but you already know that because you live here.
