while we all celebrate a new year and new beginnings
this january 2009 let me say in the spirit of peace and cooperation that as bad as the situation here at harpers forest apartments is - I even hope the management will take advantage of this season of renewal and rebirth to return to the business principles they had for most of the last decade and turn from these very harmful and discriminatory practices they began about 1 1/2 years ago. under the former management style - harpers forest enjoyed almost full occupancy in a large complex. they're hurting - tenants are hurting - and the surrounding community of harpers choice is hurting. it doesn't have to be this way. i hope they find it in themselves to return to the good days of professionalism - when management demands the best from their tenants and tenants demand the best from management. this could be a win-win-win relationship for all of columbia if they want it to be.
